Dustin is a 20-year veteran of radio and television in west Texas, working with stations in Andrews, Odessa, and Abilene in classic rock, oldies, country, red dirt, and Christian rock formats. He previously was the host and producer of a nighty, faith-based hard rock show that aired across West Texas as well as the internationally syndicated The RockDown Show with Dustin Tatro.

Serving since 2020, Dustin is the official organist for the Texas Rangers and Globe Life Field of Major League baseball. He is a Texas EMT and a firefighter for Hamby Fire/Rescue near Abilene, TX. Dustin has enjoyed an extensive career as a church musician in both organist and worship leader roles for churches across West Texas. He holds both undergraduate and masters degrees in organ and choral conducting from Hardin Simmons University, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Global Samaritan Resources.

Tatro is married to Staci, technology instructor at Abilene's Allie Ward Elementary School. They are pet parents to the beale twins Luis & loretta and a cat named Bella. 

Quincy is a 6month old Chameleon who has been mastering the art of silent judgment and bug catching since birth. He excels at spending his time exploring 'The Great Beyond' (beyond his habitat) and catching and disposing of bugs for our sales manager. 

Quincy lives at the station in his luxury jungle habitat, is brother to 1 slippery frog and questionable pet parent to an odd number of tasty crickets.
